Steps to permanently remove your Jurnie account and associated data.
If you no longer wish to use Jurnie, you can close or delete your account. Please note that for security reasons, this action cannot be done directly in the app or dashboard, you must contact our support team.
How to Delete or Close Your Account 📝
Send a message to our support team at support@jurnie.ai (or use the in-app chat if available).
Include the following information in your request:
Your full name
The email address associated with your Jurnie account
A clear statement requesting to delete or close your account
Our support team will verify your request and confirm once your account has been deactivated and deleted.
✅ Tip: Once your account is deleted, all your meetings, transcripts, summaries, and templates will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
