First Meeting Checklist: Recording and Summarizing

• Calendar connection is optional, Jurnie can detect your meeting automatically and prompt you to start recording.

• Check that your meeting platform is connected (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Slack, Webex, etc.).

2. Join Your Meeting 🎧

• Open your meeting as usual, no need to invite any bots.

• Jurnie will automatically detect the meeting and ask you to start recording.

• For the best transcription quality, use a quiet environment and a good microphone.

• Introduce yourself at the start of the meeting, Jurnie’s AI will note your name and automatically assign it in the transcript.

3. After the Meeting: Access Your Transcript 📄

• Go to the Meetings section in Jurnie.

• Open your meeting to see the full transcript.

• Edit your meeting details if needed:

  • Change the meeting name

  • Assign names to speakers

  • Add labels to categorize your meeting

• Choose the default template or your custom template to structure your summary.

4. Review AI-Generated Summaries and Action Items ✍️

• Jurnie will provide a summary of the meeting, highlighting key points and decisions.

• You can also ask follow-up questions to quickly find important information from the meeting.

5. Share Your Summary 📤

• Generate a public link for the entire summary page.

• Copy the link and share it via preferred channel.

• Your team can access the summary online without needing to export files.

6. Optional: Take Notes or Add Sections 📝

• Use your template to add extra sections or notes if needed.

• Customize the structure to match team workflows or project-specific requirements.
