How to Add an Organization Prompt (Admin Only) 🛠️
An Organization Prompt allows admins to customize the AI behavior for your team, so all meeting summaries, action items, and responses follow your organization’s preferred style. This ensures consistent, accurate, and professional outputs across all users.
Open Jurnie and go to Settings → General Settings ⚙️.
Scroll to Custom AI Prompt.
Enter your instructions for the AI. Examples:
“Summarize all meetings in bullet points and highlight key decisions and action items.”
“Use a formal tone and clearly assign responsibilities to participants.”
You can also write about your company, what it does, and your workflow to help Jurnie better understand your meetings. (For example: “A marketing agency delivering campaigns for multiple clients; meetings include strategy discussions, client updates, and internal creative reviews.”)
Click Save Changes ✅.
Optional: You can also set the Default Language for meeting summaries for new users in General Settings → Default Language 🌐. This ensures all new team members receive summaries in the preferred language automatically.
Where the Organization Prompt Applies
Once saved, the Organization Prompt will be applied to:
All AI-generated meeting summaries for your team
Action item extraction
Responses generated by AI within Jurnie
Tips for a Strong Organization Prompt 💡
Keep it concise and clear – avoid long paragraphs for best AI results.
Specify tone and style: formal, casual, concise, or detailed.
Include format preferences: bullet points, headings, tables, etc.
Combine with your Default Summary Template (also in General Settings) to ensure formatting consistency.
Try out the prompt on a few meetings to see how it works, or run the same meeting again to make adjustments and improve the results. This way, you can experiment and fine-tune the prompt until it matches the style and level of detail your team needs.
