Fixing Outlook Calendar Connection Issues with Jurnie
If your Outlook calendar isn’t connecting to Jurnie, it may be due to missing admin approval for Jurnie to access your Microsoft 365 account. This is a common issue for work or school accounts.
The easiest way to fix this is by using the admin consent link:
→ Approve Jurnie Access in Microsoft 365 ←
How to Use the Link
Click the link above.
Log in with the Outlook / Microsoft 365 account you want to connect.
You may be asked to sign in as an admin or request approval from your IT administrator.
Once approved, Jurnie will have permission to access your calendar.
Go back to Jurnie and try connecting your calendar again.
Notes
This link only works for Outlook / Microsoft 365 accounts.
If you are not an admin, you may need your IT department to approve access.
After approval, your calendar will sync automatically with Jurnie.
Tip: Using this link solves the most common connection issues, so if your calendar isn’t syncing, this should be your first step.
