What to Do if a Meeting Doesn’t Record
1. Check Your Meeting Platform Connection 🔗
Ensure your meeting platform (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Slack, Webex, etc.) is connected to Jurnie.
Re-authorize the integration if necessary.
2. Verify Meeting Detection 🕵️
Jurnie can automatically detect meetings, but sometimes it may not recognize a session.
Make sure the meeting was scheduled or visible in your calendar if you have one connected.
3. Confirm Permissions and Access ✅
Check that Jurnie has the necessary permissions to access your audio and meeting data.
For desktop and mobile apps, ensure the microphone is enabled.
4. Restart or Rejoin the Meeting 🔄
If the recording didn’t start, leave and rejoin the meeting.
Start the recording manually if prompted by Jurnie.
5. Contact Support if Needed 📩
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact Jurnie support with the meeting details.
Include the meeting platform, time, and participants to help troubleshoot faster.
