• Your data is hosted and processed in Europe. That includes the AI that writes your notes.

• Jurnie complies with the GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available for customers who need one.

Your conversations are not used to train AI

• Jurnie never uses your meetings to train AI models.

• Your notes and transcripts belong to you.

Kept secure

• Your data is encrypted, both in transit and at rest.

Who else is involved

• A small number of trusted partners help deliver the service. Each one is named, with its role, in our Data Processing Agreement.
