🚫 Deactivated Member Trying to Access Jurnie
If a team member has been deactivated, they will no longer be able to access Jurnie. This article explains what happens when a deactivated member tries to log in and what steps to take.
What Happens When a Deactivated Member Logs In
The member will see a message indicating their account is inactive or deactivated.
They cannot access meetings, summaries, templates, or any team data.
Any previous meeting transcripts or summaries remain accessible to active team members.
Steps to Resolve
If the deactivated member should regain access:
An Admin must reactivate the account.
Go to Settings → Team.
Click the three-dot menu next to the member’s name.
Select Activate.
The member will receive a confirmation email and can then log in normally.
✅ Tip: Only Admins can reactivate accounts. Ensure proper permissions before restoring access.
