🚫 Deactivated Member Trying to Access Jurnie

If a team member has been deactivated, they will no longer be able to access Jurnie. This article explains what happens when a deactivated member tries to log in and what steps to take.

What Happens When a Deactivated Member Logs In

  • The member will see a message indicating their account is inactive or deactivated.

  • They cannot access meetings, summaries, templates, or any team data.

  • Any previous meeting transcripts or summaries remain accessible to active team members.


Steps to Resolve

If the deactivated member should regain access:

  1. An Admin must reactivate the account.

    • Go to Settings → Team.

    • Click the three-dot menu next to the member’s name.

    • Select Activate.

  2. The member will receive a confirmation email and can then log in normally.

✅ Tip: Only Admins can reactivate accounts. Ensure proper permissions before restoring access.
